Extremely Disappointed with Service

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received after getting a faulty watch. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my grandson, but it arrived non-functional. I emailed support right away and waited four days for a reply. I was informed that the watch was out of stock and couldn’t confirm a replacement before Christmas. I had to return the watch at my own expense for return labels, and no alternative was offered. Responses from customer service take 24 hours, which is frustrating.
