Your website said these bags were heat transferable but they’re not. I tried multiple temperatures and multiple time settings and nothing stuck. I ended ruining a bag and a transfer. I emailed the customer service, and have not heard back yet.

The material of the tote bags I got was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The shipping was quick, and my package got to me within a week. I got a super good deal!! I needed these for Christmas gift I want to make this year, and the price beat every other website I was looking at - not to mention it wasn't going to take 3+ weeks to come from China. Thank goodness.
After my previous very positive review, I'm sad to have to write this updated one. I loved these bags, but sadly, my last order of them will be my final order. I understand that sellers have to pass on tariffs in the form of price increases, but tote bag factory repeatedly reminded customers that prices would increase on Monday Sept. 1 and then they actually increased them on Sunday 8/31 (as I was still filling my cart to get a large order in before the price increases). I wrote to them -- with screenshots-- on Sunday to show that the system seems to be jumping the gun with the significant price jumps and they responded right away to say that they will NOT honor the prices through Sept. 1 as they had promised. This is INCREDIBLY dishonest and, even if I would have paid the new prices, I will not do business with a dishonest company.
