Company is a Chinese part reseller no customer support nasty phone agents. They have no idea how the items they sell function. Items sold are defective and the company will not return their own defective parts once the packaging is opened. Save you money and time buy from a brick and mortar store. As a follow up I purchased M1-M3-3A which shows on the electrical schematic printed on the item it can drive a 3 channel RGB or multi white LED plus in the specs listed on the web site it lists the item a 3 channel as shown below. The sellers manager stated it is only a one channel driver and refused to pay for return shipping and stated they would not issue a refund since the item was opened and used. Poor experience

Poor experience - won't cancel my order that has two week lead time just days after placing the order. That once they place an order can't be cancel and I am responsible for returning it at my cost to manufacturer. so just a middle part. I had good experience in the past and that is why I returned. but won't be buying any more from this company.

True Customer Service with Jackson!

Jackson went out of his way to call me back several times until my questions were answered. I had a specific lightbulb I needed and he researched the information and even talk to their Engineers in the Department to make sure my new lights would fit my "old" lighting fixture.Top notch store!

I won't be using this website again

I have made multiple orders that were canceled due to lack of stock. I will say that I was properly informed of the changes that were made to my order status. I will avoid using them in the future but they have been professional.

Have to pay return shipping :(

Have to pay return shipping :( Which isn't the best knowing that they claim to be the "BIGGEST" light bulb sellers online! Well, I actually E-mailed them prior to my purchase because I wanted the SIZE and LOOK of the bulb to be just right. Got no email response so I called and spoke to Miss H over the phone who saw my photo and recommended a certain bulb, so I ordered them. Long story short the bulbs arrived. Not only are they quite a bit larger than the previous bulbs I wanted to replicate, they also shone much dimmer, not pretty at all. They approved my RMA return but NO shipping! So I lose twice. I see WHY the bigger stores get all the business. Return shipping should be included in their bottom line!

Great Customer Service

Customer service (phone) was so helpful. Not long wait times. The agent was knowledgeable about their products. Was not pushy/salesy. Product delivery was fast. Product quality was excellent. We over ordered light bulbs because we weren't sure which ones would work for our situation. Return Authorization was done over the phone (recommended) and again the customer service agent was the best. Friendly and helpful!

Send me the wrong parts

Send me the wrong parts, people in there don't care about the problem. They always looking to get your money. Talked with a supervisor Hunter, he doesn't care, only make a slip to return the wrong parts. They don't care about your time or the job you are doing. I am a professional Electrician with license in the state of Massachusetts. I Never will buy from 1000 bulbs again.Be aware.
