Review Time
I am a non-Dane buying a Danish property and until now not even living in the country. I've therefore needed a lot of help with the purchase process. While looking I found Stian Olesen of Home to be extremely patient, helpful, and sensitive to my needs. At no time did I feel pressured and he made very useful suggestions which led me to find the perfect property. He was also able to recommend other professional people when I needed other advice - an architect / restoration expert and a lawyer.
My purchase of the own flat (Englandsvej 10, 2tv. 2300 Kbh.S.) was very well arranged by Home in general and Jesper Larsen, Ejendomsmægler, in particular. All meetings and flat inspections - in time and well arranged. Jesper was ready to answer all my questions rg. the flat. All papers were provided to my lawyers in time and in good order. Thank you Jesper and your colleagues in Home, who also assisted the deal and demonstrated their high professional skills and friendly attitude.

OK. We're not easy folks to please - especially when it comes to finding a house. There is many a real estate agent in North Sjælland will testify to that (and then mutter under their breath!).
But Malene at Home.dk, Hillerød stuck with us. Always coming with fresh and positive ideas of how a house could work for us. And with wise words about why we might need to think very carefully about a particular place, and if it was right for us.
When we finally found 'our' place, I believe we could all sense that this was the one. And when Merete and I started talking about some changes we'd like to make, Malene came again with good sense - and amazing interior design/decoration ideas. (I'm hoping she's available to help us work through some ideas once we can get back to DK and look at our new home!!!)
And there's another thing. Much to the work to buy the house was done whilst we were (and still are) out of the country Okay, one can say that with the internet, anything is possible. I would agree, and then add that with Malene's help and support not only was this possible, it was a pleasure.
The 'icing on the cake' was when Malene worked to ensure that the removal and storage company (Espergærde Flytteforretning) received the keys safely, and were able to place our furniture etc in the house, in our absence.

The sale was completed quickly and efficiently. Any email of text I sent was answered promptly and with the information I had asked for. They were also very accommodating when it came to viewing different properties and upfront about any potential issues. I would certainly use Home when I need to sell a property again.
