Unfortunately, my experience is everything but good. Home (Vesterbro) is selling the house I'm renting. The lack of professionalism and work ethic is something I've never seen before - and it's not my first time renting a house that is being sold. Starting from opening the door with their own copy of the keys, without knocking or informing, lying when confronted with the fact that some of the visits were not scheduled, using the furniture during the visits, not removing the shoes to get in, not wearing a mask inside in the middle of a pandemic and most recently, leaving the house and toilet mat full of mud and dog marks - I've taken pictures and collected all the pieces of evidence to proceed with a formal complaint. When calling them to get some explanations, they just promise to get back with information - which never happened. Being in the middle of a pandemic and dealing with such a situation is stressful. I do not recommend Home's services to anyone.
Great customer experience.home Amager - Sundbyvester sold my apartment with no time ( before it was with other broker for 6 months and it was nightmare to deal with agent). Truly professional team, after each showing - we have received feedback what was really great.Whole process with all documentation, answering to buyer questions went smoothly.In addition the Home.dk app is super useful and let you keep everything in order (statistics, reminders about showings, mails etc)If I had to sell/ buy property again in Copenhagen I would only do it with home Amager - Sundbyvester:-) great work Mogens & team thanks a lot!
