My wife and I moved to Denmark not long ago, and buying an apartment here felt almost impossible at first. We don’t speak advanced Danish yet, and the Danish system and paperwork are very different from what we were used to, so the whole process was quite stressful and confusing for us.

We were incredibly lucky to work with Asbjørn. From the very beginning, he was always there for us, answering all our questions (and we had a lot) and explaining the documents, the process, the risks, and what we should pay attention to. He never made us feel like our questions were stupid or unnecessary. On the contrary, he always took the time to explain everything clearly.

He helped us check documents, contact the seller’s side, clarify house rules (even about our two small parrots), and understand the financial and legal aspects of the deal. At several points, we were unsure or worried, and he really gave us confidence and a feeling that someone experienced is on our side and looking after our interests.

What we especially appreciated was that he was very responsive, organized Teams meetings quickly when needed, reviewed documents carefully, and followed up on all the questions we asked. We always felt that he genuinely cared that everything would go well for us, not just that the deal would be completed.

Stalkers

Stalkers! I cancelled my apartment 3 months before because I’m moving somewhere else.So they need to have a new renter before my last day. They call me every day several times even on weekends to schedule viewings. They don’t think that I am just not available or at work. I have opened my apartment 4 times for viewings and they haven’t rented it out. I have said to them when I am available for viewings and continue asking me for dates I cant, it’s simply too much.

Great professionals and very efficient.During my experience buying a property I got a very good feeling of confort when all the documents were handed over to the lawyers' department and explained everything afterwards to me and with the opportunity to aks and resolve any questions or doubts that I could have.Asside from that, I got very good recommendations to other lawyers when they were not able to assiste due to conflict of interests when trying to buy from Home.Other standouts I have is that while making an offer to a Home's property everything that was happening was very clear and transparent as well as recomending financial solutions and tools.
