After waiting nearly a month for delivery, I found that it barely heats up, is quite small, and only has a few small heated sections. I should have realized it was likely a dropshipping issue. They are willing to refund my money if I return it to China and cover customs fees, but only after a thorough inspection for any damage. It's frustrating. Alternatively, I can accept a 15% refund and keep this unsatisfactory product. I'm really fed up with these types of companies. I recommend checking reviews before making a purchase to avoid similar issues.

Best Dryer I've Owned

I've had numerous dryers, but this one just feels right. The jetspeed isn't loud but performs exceptionally well. My hair dries evenly, with no damage or bad smell. I even kept the box because it looks so nice.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! They misrepresent their location and products, and do not issue refunds! They are actually based in China, not the Netherlands! Refunds are only given if you return items to China, which costs more than the products! The items are poorly made, come in many pieces, and don't meet local standards. They look cheap—avoid at all costs!

Terrible Quality Light

Terrible quality light arrived from China, not even assembled. It came in about 50 flimsy pieces, with instructions only in Chinese. My husband, who is an electrician, is shocked that this cost over £130. I haven't received any response to my emails. Avoid this!
