I ordered a software program around Christmas, but the download I received was just a trial version. It took a long time to get assistance. We've been communicating since December 26, nearly 10 days, and the issue remains unresolved. They sent me another trial version. I requested a refund since they couldn't assist me, but my request has been completely ignored, and I still don't have the program despite having paid for it a while ago. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

I typically use specialized software for photo editing, but for quick and satisfactory results, this program is ideal. I would even recommend it for more intricate tasks, though it lacks some finer adjustments. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic tool for average users who can achieve very good results without much experience. A minor note on add-ons: they are limited and mainly focus on backgrounds. Additional LUTs would be a great enhancement.
Installation was incredibly quick with no issues. There are so many options for photo enhancement that I was unsure where to begin. I can honestly say it's the easiest photo editor I've ever used, and the results are fantastic. I haven't needed support yet, but I know it's there if I do. I'm really pleased with this program and the outcomes it provides!
I've been using this software for several years. It meets all my basic photo editing needs and more. The tutorial videos on a popular platform are beneficial for learning how to use the features. I appreciate the option for a lifetime license at a fair price.
