i think they rebrand to petoart from pawsomecrafts(not a bad change actually), i was a loyal customer since they begin their business. the quality and client serivce was great! product shipped from diff places, like US, Japan, Singapore and China. anyway i will say this will be a good store for Pet art gifts.
The customer service was fantastic too. They were super quick to answer my emails and really friendly. They reached out because the first photo I sent wasn't clear enough, and helped me find a better one. They were totally right, because the final portrait is amazing!
