Review Time
This issue with ordering something shippping is very concerning, as it does not say that it will be shipped from China at a notorious slow pace. Have ordered several things lately that, unknown to me, was to be shipped from China, one of which was ordered in early March and i still have not gotten it, nor have i even been able to find out if in fact it has been sent, the websire emails says it has been, BUT THE TRACKING SITE SAYS IT IS BEING PROCESSED, FEEL LIKE I AM BEING LIED TO ON THESE ISSUES BY BOTH COMPANIES INVOLVED!@!!!!! One involving Diamond art Kits, the other was a couple of pet toys!! STILL WAITING ON THEM BOTH????
Petmallco gave me very outstanding service.. I ordered a ball in a color that they didn't have. Petmallco responded by giving me two toy balls for almost the price of one. That was a very awesome gesture by their part. I give Petmallco five stars!
Very fast shipping and good communication. Product I received was true to picture and description. The only thing that was a bit hard was the sizing. I would advise that when you are between two sizes, between M and L go for M because there is more then enough space on the buckles to go larger.
