I reached out to James via email with a query about a custom wiring harness for my super strat, he responded very quickly, asked question, asked for photos and was very attentive to make sure I got what I needed. Once he gave me all my options and I made payment then loom was made and dispatched within a day and is now currently soldered in my guitar and sounds great. The level of customer service means I'll be returning for all my other needs, thank you very much!!!
I had to replace a faulty volume pot on an old guitar, but I have no experience, skills or equipment. Someone recommended Home of Tone and when I emailed James with my problem, he immediately replied with an incredibly detailed breakdown of exactly what I needed and how to do it. His solderless pot is a fantastic bit of kit and thanks to his instructions and advice it was easy to install. It works perfectly and has breathed new life into an old guitar. I cannot praise James highly enough. His customer service is absolutely first class, as is his product. If ever I have need of replacement parts, I know exactly where to come!
I’ve used James for all my guitar harnesses in the past 3 or so years and every one of them has been the very best. He only uses quality parts and along with his outstanding workmanship the final product is always outstanding. A good number of the harnesses I’ve ordered have been far from standard !!
