They are Thieves! They keep on deducting from me for a service I have never used and NOTHING I can do about it. Support leads to GoDaddy who says I need to contact MS365. Then the Tolfree number who gives you a link that doesnt work. No email support . . . no NOTHING. Just keep on paying!!

Not a Real Upgrade; You're Buying a New Plan

Microsoft 365’s upgrade process from Personal to Family plan is quite misleading. It appears as though you can simply upgrade your existing Personal subscription to a Family plan. However, when you click 'Upgrade', you're charged the full price of the Family plan essentially requiring you to purchase a new subscription rather than upgrading the current one. This isn’t a true upgrade and should be communicated more clearly to avoid confusion.Once I understood this wasn’t a real upgrade, I chose not to proceed and decided to skip the Family plan.

So many unnecessarily awful things to deal with, with how badly made almost everything is. Every day, I have to waste so much time with so many stupid things that could easily be made better. And I am forced to work with with it. I have nothing good to say about Microsoft. They are such a shitty company. I guess that is what you get when a company has a monopoly on the industry and do not care to make the world a better place.
