Well, needless to say my pipes were leaking so so bad that I've had buckets & tubs underneath them for quite a number of months now. I called for HomeServe to come and fix the pipes. They said they could do it ! Butin the meantime, my hot and cold water valves underneath my kitchen sink- one broke off and the other one was beyond Repair. Homeserve sent a Plumber and he fixed the valves, but would not touch the plumbing because they said it was a remodel I've needed those pipes done for so long. They said they can do them . But now because of other things -I'm doing to my countertop and sink they say is remodeling and they won't replace my pipes . My sink faucet was leaking and my pipes were leaking and there is a lot of damage from the leaks So NO, I am not happy with Homeserve. I've asked for a physical copy of the contract. I've never gotten one when I rejoined up with Homeserve. I asked what was covered and nothing was ever mentioned about your so-called remodeling clause! I advise everyone do not get Homeserve!😡😤😡😤😡😤

Tamika helped us through this difficult process. She followed up with us, took our calls, and listened to our frustrations. If it wasn't for her, this experience would have been more difficult. We are still in the process of getting our yard back together, and due to the weather, this won't be completed until May or June, according to HomeServe. I am glad we have this coverage.,
I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. If you haven't considered this service, I highly recommend it. The reassurance of having support when things go wrong is invaluable. I needed repairs on my underground pipes, and the response to my claim was prompt and the entire process was hassle-free.
I found it frustrating to interact with the AI system; my initial call was challenging, and I ended up hanging up. I am also unhappy with the rising charges on my gas bill each year with minimal coverage. Despite paying for years, I had to spend a lot on a new water heater, which feels misleading.
