My service request was handled in an appropriate manner and by a competent contractor. My only criticism is the full information was no given to the assigned contractor so he was not aware of the several issues. The job was not completed.. He stated AFTER HomeServe approved THAT final repair, he would order the parts & reschedule a return trip. Apparently, further some reason, that didn't happen and service call was marked and considered complete.. very happy with what was done tho.
First of all when trying to speak to a customer service letting know that the person they send didn't call or show up. She was very rude she told me that i had call three times already . Which I needed to know a time cause I worked and no one was home.
You do not deserve any stars. My heat went out on Dec 5, 2025 no one contacted me until Dec 9th. Your man had to drive 3hrs to get to me on Dec 10th. In the meantime Your representative advised me on Dec 8 to contact a third party and I would be reimbursed. Now I am being told I will not be reimbursed.

At HomeServe, our mission is simple: to help free our customers from the worry and inconvenience of home emergency repairs and installations. And since 2003, we’ve been doing just that. HomeServe is the leading provider of home repair solutions, serving nearly 5 million loyal customers with repair service plans and many more who use our additional solutions throughout the U.S. and Canada. HomeServe has an exceptional customer satisfaction rating, is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and is endorsed by the National League of Cities.
Our goal is to provide homeowners with the tools to help them protect against the expense, worry and inconvenience of plumbing, water, sewer, electrical, heating and cooling emergencies. HomeServe prides itself on providing quality local service and expert installation services.
How do we do this? For nearly two decades, HomeServe has been working with leading utilities and municipalities – now numbering over 1,100 – to make optional service plans available to their customers, members, and residents. These home repair plans help cover household systems that many homeowners are unaware of their responsibility to maintain. (It's a fact: systems that break from everyday wear and tear are typically not covered by basic homeowners' insurance, the utility, or the municipality.) Our contractor network, a group of over 2,500 locally owned small businesses consisting of some of the best home repair experts across the country, allows us to deliver a quality service experience to our customers when they need us.See more
