Homeyfad is a scam. I ordered two pairs of bar chairs. More than two months later when they finally arrived from China, it was poorly manufactured with a set of legs missing. Those two chairs were prices over 400 dollars which looked amazing in the pic like instagram models, while in reality they are nothing alike. They arrived of missing parts, of low quality, accompanied with a piece of terribly wrinkled assembling paper written only in Chinese. I immediately asked for a return, which they claim to have a 30-day hassle-free return policy on their website. At first they offered to ship another set of legs as a replacement, I declined and insisted for a return, since then they had been playing silent and ignoring my emails for return request. That's a breach of contract!
Put the wrong address by mistake, panicked a bit but customer service was super chill and fixed it for me immediately. My dining chairs arrived safe and sound, quality is top tier. big thanks to the support team!
I ordered 6 barstools, paid for shipping . It took longer than 30 days. I was told that they would ship in multiple boxes beccause of size of my order. I got 2 bar stools one week and the other four a week later. The stools were easy to put together and they looked nice but flimsy. I said they should be OK for a while. 3 days after using my bar stools one started to tear. I called the company they are sending a replacement, however I noticed another chair is starting to come apart. These stools are cheap, not worth the money and time. I would never recommend this company. Another thing is they do not look like the picture.
