Absolutely not worth a star. It ruined two of my expensive tops. I reached out to them, and their response was that they won't take any responsibility for the damage. I'm really upset, especially since I sent pictures of one top, and the other, which was my son's costing £160, is now ruined. I'm going back to my cheaper alternative that removed stains without any issues. They should be ashamed for selling products that damage clothing and not taking accountability.
STAY AWAY. I have used a similar product many times before with great results. However, after purchasing this one from an online store, it completely ruined three brand new t-shirts with bleach marks. I initially thought it was a faulty batch, but after seeing other reviews, I doubt it.
Their product has damaged my husband's favorite shirt, leaving pink flecks all over it. To make matters worse, getting through to customer service feels like an impossible task, and no one is available to help. They refuse to take proper responsibility for the damage, offering only a minimal gesture rather than covering the replacement cost. The parent company is quite fitting.
How can they promote such a useless and pricey product that fails to work? I've tried it repeatedly, following all instructions from their website and product description, yet it has never worked. It's high time this company faced scrutiny for misleading advertising.
Don't waste your money on this product. It is completely ineffective and does not live up to any of the exaggerated claims made in their advertisements. I can't believe the Advertising Standards Authority permits such blatant falsehoods from the manufacturer of this disappointing product. It's nothing more than an overpriced laundry powder that simply doesn’t work.
Cannot even give it one star. I have a medical condition that requires an effective stain remover, but this product fails to remove any stains, even on a high-temperature wash. It's frustrating to spend so much money on something that doesn't work, while I now use a much cheaper alternative that does the job perfectly.
