Communications were excellent keeping me informed as to when the engineers would arrive. Danny and Matty were courteous, extremely tidy, explained everything clearly including paperwork, operation of the radiator. Very pleased overall and increased my confidence in choosing the right radiator!
Just had our third Trust radiator installed. Josh and Lewis came on time, (they knew the prpoerty from the last raiator they put in). They were efficient, professional, quick, tidy and polite. A credit to Trust and the UK.
How lucky was I to discover this amazing company after having been let down, yet again, by Fischer Heating. Sue was so amiable but professional and answered all my queries, even over the Christmas hols. The product itself is slim and attractive and so easy to use and looks great in my bedroom. The customer service was excellent from my initial enquiry, through to the fitting of the product. If you are looking for good customer service and a great product then this is the company for you.
Our lounge radiator had stopped working and needed repair. We’re new owners to our flat with little experience of electric heating. Finlay was really helpful in repairing our radiator but even more, was very reassuring about the quality and reliability of the our heating system, and about service and support for repairs if things go wrong in future.
I keep getting pop ups all the time for this company because I did some research in this type of heating. However to get a quote you have to give them a phone number (why?). I'm fine with giving my email address to get the ball rolling and then I'll decide when I want to talk to someone and take it further. So I'll continue my research.
Excellent service right from the first visit from the sales staff through to the actual fitting.Too early to say how well the radiators will do in keeping our un-insulated 1930's bungalow warm, however first impressions are very encouraging. Aesthetically they look great and we are very pleased with everything and everyone we dealt with at the company. Special thank you to Cory and Toby who fitted our radiators and removed a big old night storage heater, they were a pleasure to have in our home and were very patient and tolerant of our two small but very vocal sausage dogs.
Robbie fitted my Trust electric radiator The service provided by Trust in general and Robbie in particular has been exceptional.Robbie arrived on time, he explained the work that was going to be carried out before he started.When the work was completed Robbie tidied up before explaining how the radiator UI worked (which is very simple) Robbie is a credit to your company and I would say you are lucky to have such an employee The radiator works really well, I am delighted with the product and the service provided by Trust.
