Order 22917 - I ordered a 3-tier cake stand back in December (6 weeks ago) but didn’t receive any email confirmation, which was an immediate concern. I attempted to reach out to the seller via the email provided on the website but received no reply. Upon checking reviews, I discovered that many others who ordered from this service have also faced similar issues. I have initiated a dispute with my bank to seek a refund.

I ordered a set of knives on the 15th of September, and now it’s the 3rd of October. I have sent emails with no response and tried calling multiple times, but the phone number seems invalid. I still have not received an invoice or any shipping information, yet the payment has already been deducted from my account.
