I purchased these because the medication my daughter is on severely dries out her skin, and she needed something more effective than usual products that weren’t working and required constant application. Your product was a game changer; one application at night kept her skin moisturized until morning without the sore, dry face/mouth she had been experiencing.
My parcel arrived today, containing beautiful little pots. I had an issue with my order, as my tracking hadn’t updated for over a week. I cannot fault how my query was handled, and my parcel arrived just two days later. Well done to the team, another satisfied customer.
Ordered in good faith. Looks like a UK company. Shipping detailed as 5 - 8 business days. My order now says delivery up to 7 December which is over three weeks after the order was placed. Tracking is next to useless. I have a very bad feeling about this
My mum bought me and loads of family these for Christmas one year and I have to say it’s incredible. I have used so many moisturisers to help with dry or irritated skin but many just sting. I put a bit of this balm on my skin and it’s incredible. When I have a cold and have irritated skin on my nose it is now my go to thing I use before bed and in the morning the irritated skin is gone. Honestly I can’t rave enough about this product. I’m starting to run out and I promise I will definitely be buying this again.
