I am sad I am having to write this…

I am sad I am having to write this review as I am a loyal customer and have given good reviews however my latest order has not arrived, the tracker has not been updated, I have now emailed 4 times and have not had any response, so I have requested a refund as I have paid for a product that has not arrived, so unfortunately I do not have confidence that any new orders will be delivered or that customer services will respond to any concerns. This is a shame because I love the product but I won’t be buying again.
