Really dissapointed, ordered Xmas presents, 3 x SPF starter box and a starter box. All come as individual items, I grant you in their own, individual box per pot but what looked like it could have been an expensive present now looks like a cheap stocking filler.
So impressed with these lovely little lip balms. I can’t tell you how cute these are and they’re so moisturising on your lips. They come is lots of different flavours and I want to try them all. Idea for popping in your handbag, pop one in the car and one in the bedroom. Ordered 5 to try and I love them. Will definitely order more.
I will amend this review after I hear back from Honeybalm UK - so far not impressed to learn my order is in transit from China!I ordered because I was impressed with the variety of flavours but mainly because I thought they were based in UK. Company dispatch with 24-48hrs of order but, my estimated delivery is 10-20 November!EDIT: Emailed company with my dissatisfaction over their site transparency (making us believe it's a UK company + misleading delivery timeframes).They confirm they are based in The Netherlands & use China as it's more cost effective. The London address on their website is one of those 'rent a desk' places.I may have received corporate gobbledygook but they agreed that their website was misleading and they are committed to improving communication (they just need to let customers know what they're dealing with & let us make an informed decision on whether we're happy to wait up to 3 weeks for a delivery). They said will take my feedback into account as they work on enhancing the information on their website.
