I reordered the Honeybalm lip balm as it’s amazing & actually the only lip balm I can use for my fussy lips!! I gave some to friends recently & they have also said it’s the best lip balm they’ve used This time I ordered the sunscreen sticks - hopefully they’ll be as good as I’m expecting for my upcoming holiday in the sun!

The suncream was disappointing 1st purchase for me , I had bought the face cream and then bought the body suncream as was on offer and hadn’t tried the face cream yet and went on holiday and it was a magnet for wasps !! Didn’t use again and no further issues - when the body sun cream arrived I requested to return unopened but it’s costing over £10 to return from the UK as returns need to be Netherlands address and not UK based depot from which it came from per the delivery label , So very pricey experiment on trying their products for the 1st time it’s a shame I had high hopes, on a plus note customer services do respond quickly to give return instructions. The customer service offered a 50 per cent refund when I advised the high charge to sent to Netherlands, I thought with it being on their UK website it would be UK all round .
It was a very personalised experience, as I received an email from the founder of honeybalm recognising me as a loyal customer and encouraged feedback or just to say hi in response.I received a prompt response to my suggestion and I will continue to be a honeybalm customer. The lip balm is amazing and comes in such a cute beehive pot with a honey drizzler applicator.
