It was a very personalised experience, as I received an email from the founder of honeybalm recognising me as a loyal customer and encouraged feedback or just to say hi in response.I received a prompt response to my suggestion and I will continue to be a honeybalm customer. The lip balm is amazing and comes in such a cute beehive pot with a honey drizzler applicator.
Good quality lipbalms but didn't give even a time frame of when it would be delivered and it was meant to be a bday gift for my mum so was a bit concerning. Ended up being about two weeks or so and was in time for the birthday but would be better to be told when order is completed.
