If I could, I would rate this service and app a 0. I attempted to set up a self-guided tour but couldn't access the apartment. I didn't receive a code via text or email to log in. This process may have cost the apartment complex a customer, and now my ID and picture are online. It was a dreadful experience, and contacting the leasing office and customer support was equally frustrating.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with both the service and the property management. I scheduled a self-guided tour and was told I would receive an access code just before my appointment. Upon arrival, I checked in but never got the code. After being on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes with no response, I left. The next day, I was directed back to the service, which claimed the issue was resolved. Trusting them, I returned for another viewing, only to face the same problem—no code was sent. After calling again, they simply advised me to reach out to the realtor. The poor communication and lack of basic functionality between these two parties is astounding. I never got to see the property and will be moving on. If this is how chaotic and unhelpful they are during the initial viewing, I can only imagine the experience as a tenant. I won't be recommending them.
