HX X9 SCOOTER PARTS

Order parts for a HX X9 Electric scooter , paid express postage ( £6.95 )for quicker service to get to me , as was not a cheap order.I could have paid less using DPD next day or even Royal Mail special delivery which is what I thought I was paying for ,as they did a cheaper postage Royal Mail £3.95 , but wanted it as it says Express , in my eyes that’s a quicker service and being dearer.Lame excuse blaming Royal Mail , no you sent it cheapest post trying to make more money , DREADFUL. As said parts will be returned and I’ll buy of EBay UK. Just wasted my time with this shop , I will update as more likely charge me return fee’s or the lame restocking fee . Would definitely USED a different shop if you are buying anything , now let’s wait for the lame excuses..Dreadful service Regards Simon Thompson>…………………^Update after there 1st comment, Fri 31st March 2022I said I was returning not you and will have a full refund ,how and why do shops always try to lie..As said dreadful service ,and you say not fair , you ripped me off on postage , then they offered a refund on postage only if I keep them , a company that makes you laugh ,, check other reviews.Just a warning to people you buy new parts , but they are removed from a scooter ,not in correct packaging, wrapped in foam …they should come in little boxes .

Very bad experience with this guys

Very bad experience with this guys, I heard 1 off my friend got same issue water in scooter and electric part was affected by water , the guy sale it to a mechanic with half price the guy is realising what bad product ordered, but me I will not lose half of my money is broken more then 1 month ...x9 scooter very bad experience is dead for more then 1 month ...600£ flying for this company for free....CHOOSE DIFFERENT COMPANY AND MODEL OF SCOOTER ASWEEL... I contact already Citizen advise because this scooter not have enough warranty 6 month warranty, less then a kid toy ...be careful guy's x9 is not waterproof, and is not water splash ...warranty 6 month very doge read the article properly when you go for x9 very unquality the cables inside look very bad ....etc xiomi scooter from anywhere is better and better warranty not bby toy warranty like this company....guy's you are in uk 99% is whet and raining here how you can't sale it like this isolate it more respect your customers, I was waiting for 2 weeks for a replay from you , for the reviews you answer in hrs my scooter is broken from first week have problems
