I'm waiting for 2 month's to sale the part they don't want to sale it to me because off reviews on trust pilot , what I'm doing now paid 500£ just for 6 month's , and scooter can't be fix from others mechanic because HORIZON MICROMOBILITY is created by this unhappy experience with this guy's they not looking forward for customer's they like only to counting money but to help you after ,nope ..they stop sale the part to me ...what I'm doing with the scooter broken they not qualify people's on this company be careful people's. Is first time when I heard about this company and last time very bad experienceAnd stop text I didn't send the pic I send it to you on your chat online on your website stop lies ...you stop that part to sale it to me because off the reviews but this is your action guys you want to charge me for label and to fix and I ask you to send me the part the control box and you didn't...stop lies here I got all pic what you want and better answers to the message I text you guys from 1 week and you didn't reply to the trust pilot you answer very quick but to the emails not yet after a week send me the control box stop said you don't have it in the stock is your responsibility to have it for customers
