I have very bad experience with this companyHello Simon, This is Mat one of the Directors here at Horizon Micromobility. I've been made aware of your negative Service review and of the negative Products reviews you have also left for a couple of products purchased the other day. It's noticed that the reviews for those products were left out of spite as they bare no relation to the actual products but to your purchase of an e-scooter last year. If you are so unhappy with us and the service provided can I ask why are you still purchasing from us?!!! I have to buy parts for your company because nobody provide parts for this e-scooter if will be possible I will be use different company - BELIVE ME, also nobody in UK any service can not provide service for this model so if you buy this scooter you lost a Money and time because you don't accepted anything ! - All customers should now that must keep original packaging if not you refused warranty ! I still keep :)I've gone through the notes regarding your original case and your complaint was regarding a puncture you received on an electric scooter. As is clearly stated in the warranty for the e-scooter items that are subjected to ware and tear are not covered by the warranty. However as a gesture of good will we did send you a replacement tire.!!! The tyre was manufactured problem you send me tyre but I have to replace this tyre because YOU Want to charge me for shipping cost for both side ! this is additional £50 I would like to visit your service but you send me information that you don't offer service on the shop A further complaint was made as you were unable to replace the tyre. Our support guy then made a video showing how to replace the tyre, you then left negative comments on the video as well as on numerous other videos that had no relation to this.!!!! No, No are you saw this video ?? is nowhere to show how replace the tyre and put new one only how replace all wheal - You don't provide proper information!Are you saw my videos what I sent to you why the tyre has wrong position and why the scooter drive slower ? probably now because your video on support didn’t show ! You also mentioned that there is no warranty for the e-scooter, this is not the case. The warranty varies between products and is shown on the individual product pages. As mentioned previously items that are subject to ware and tear aren't covered by the warranty - this is the same for all companies. For the X9 electric components are covered by a 6 month warranty and everything else by 12 months. The warranty was available on the product page at the time of purchase.!!!!Please Matt don't lay the customers I send you proof for few companies that tyre had manufactured problem and must be replace asa warranty ? you told me I have emails for you but I can not to add to show customers that warranty include is 6 months when product is not use ! after you don't take responsibility I don't think we're going to see eye to eye on this issue but I think it's important that people bored enough to read this review have some context as to the issues regarding your complaints.!!! I hope so that people read this review I can show everything all contact with you all information what you send to me ? Are you offer service in your shop I can take this scooter Today !!! and visit you and I can saw what kind of product you offer I can sell you this fantastic e scooter - you probably know how to repair because nobody know ! I visited about 10 local services plus halfords We wish you well but please don't order from us anymore. We work very hard to provide a good service to our customers (as is demonstrated by most of the other reviews) and leaving reviews that aren't for the products purchased and just to harm our business is unfair.!!!You are responsibility for your product and provide the parts up to 5 years so sorry but if you show me different shop on Uk when I can buy parts for your e scooter I buy there. if you refused my order I will contact with Trading Standards to show everything how you provide warranty from start to end !

The person we dealt with at Horizonmicromobility was extremely helpful as we tried out of the bikes (EOVOLT "Evening") and then the eventual purchase. Being able to try out the bikes and pick them up fully assembled was a bonus. Would have been five stars but the discount didn't work through the on line ordering system which also said that there was free delivery, which is not the case.
