The service was extremely disappointing. They took an excessive amount of time to deliver the equipment and provided no updates regarding the situation. Once you're in their system, they impose a cancellation fee of 9 euros without justification.
The iPhone X was repaired super quickly. The staff at the front office were very friendly, and within 90 minutes, I received an SMS to pick up my equipment. The location is near a lovely park and art museum, making the time pass quickly while I enjoyed a walk without my phone.
