Fraudulent company
I paid for a reseller Webhost
I tested them with 6 months plan and my fear turned out to be true.
They received payment done via razorpay gateway,no service was activated, they stopped replying tickets and live chat but if I use a different accounts they reply.
Do not use this company if you don't wanna loose your money.

They immediately replied my ticket after seeing this review on trust pilot
For the record, they didn't send any Kyc request to me as replied here, I have the screenshots of all conversations with hostpug and screen grab recording also.
If you notice they only replied me hurriedly to save face as I have burst their bubble.
They also initiated a refund also.
They take you serious if you call out their name in public.
Do not deal with them if you don't wanna have high BP

this is the worst, slowest but cheapest web hosting service Ive experienced in 20+ years. I lost login access in 2nd year. I asked support to fix - instead they resetup my WHM account from new - deleting all websites. On asking them to check for backups they point me to do it myself - in empty WHM. At no point did support even understand to look in their server backups or maybe they dont backup their servers? either way the service is atrocious - by far the worst I have ever experienced. they would even mark my support tickets closed without reading them. Zero is the highest and generous. I suspect their positive reviews are fake.
