Frustrated by Unprofessional Assistance I submitted a support ticket on the 11th regarding an issue and was repeatedly told to "wait" without receiving any substantial updates. After multiple follow-ups, I was eventually advised on the 14th to reach out to my domain provider — which is completely irrelevant in this situation. From what I understand, SSL certificates are usually handled by the hosting provider, not the domain registrar. The problem is clearly linked to hosting, and redirecting it to the domain provider is both incorrect and unhelpful. Setting up a domain with hosting using nameservers is a fundamental process. It shouldn't involve unnecessary delays or back-and-forth communication. Citing documentation for such a straightforward task feels more like an excuse than a resolution. I have previously worked with this provider, but sadly, the quality of service has been consistently disappointing. At this point, I don’t foresee continuing my relationship with them. If you are providing a service, it’s crucial to have knowledgeable staff who can resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Without that, it will be increasingly challenging to retain customers.
This is an extremely poor hosting service in the region. I cannot recommend it at all. The company is deceptive and untrustworthy. They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, but after a month, they suspended my hosting without any valid explanation. Communication was also very unsatisfactory.

Incredibly disappointing service! If you opt for their hosting, prepare for a nightmare. Each month, you'll find yourself pleading with their support for assistance, and the worst part? Their support is entirely unavailable from 10 PM to 10 AM. There’s always some new issue with their hosting — it feels like they expect you to endure it. Honestly, this service has brought me more stress than anything else. Completely unacceptable.
They are deceptive; no one should purchase hosting or domain from them, as they lack proper registration. Acquiring domain hosting from them will waste your money and time, and could potentially ruin your website. Their customer care is also very poor.
