I have issue where my active funded account suddenly unable to place trade as usual even though it is still active. When investigated, they found my account was wrongly recorded as breached. This is not true since i never went to that level, still have quite comfortable draw down buffer (almost half of total dd of 50k acc) and even making profit on the last trade i took. I never received breached email too. No nothing from my side. and with all the record given, including historical data, my account was moved back to active tab in the platform. However this matter was NOT completely resolved because i still can't proceed to trade via the Tradovate/trading view. I have requested support to further check and after sometimes, support start to IGNORE me. I was left behind without any update since 2 weeks ago. I even created second ticket but still no respond. My account is there still active but hanging because i unable to trade anymore. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I never face this kind of experience even with not well established prop firm out there. I will at least get refund to such issue. I require Tradeify to fix this issue or give me refund in order for me to proceed with more other committed prop firm out there.
Woow!!! 1st time requested a payout and I'm surprise not even 24hours everything was processed smoothly. Unlike other It will take days, then next thing you know you are DENIED. More power Tradeify....

KYC Verification Stinks. You try camera several times but then process expires and then you get restricted now KYC stuck in Pending. Contact customer support Ai first no help, then next day a ticket started, still nothing. Ai says need a human to manually reset but still days waiting. Ai submits another ticket. Then another. Then another. Still no help. Can’t get a payout because Tradeify KYC process DOES NOT WORK. Now support going on vacation. Many traders having this KYC issue. Very unprofessional. Even Apex support is better.

The crypto customer service was really fast when I was having an issue. I’m talking like 15 min after me emailing them which is great for prop they usually take days.
I had a trade yesterday going on and the broker they use Tradovate didn't work and I couldn't close the transaction. I try to contact the customer support but they reply to me after few hours that is working and I text him back and he didn't reply anymore. obviously he was lying cause I try to log in in both tradovate and tradingview. I can say that they do this in purpose so they can fail people Sim accounts. Please Avoid with all cost this scam platform as there are better one out there.
Ordinary scam, I bought an account and passed the target in less than a month but I could not activate financing, I tried to contact customer service but they do not answer and do not want to solve my problem, I blocked the card for transactions to tradeify so that they do not charge me another monthly fee before the end of the month from the purchase and I got an email that if I do not pay it in two days they will close my account. Zero contact with customer service, if you have a problem they don't care
they invented trades you need to monitor the account permanent , the only way to trade with them is like with some pirates they will try to do whate ever they can your account big spread i had on a trade was showing 500$ on profit on micro when i close it guess what because i close it on market worrder onlly 290$ i my account so to make money with them just to make max2 trades per day ,, i have sp in profit then guess what i was the profit apear in minus
