Host Tools is a system that streamlines the work for hosts. My wife and I particularly like that they not only integrate with Airbnb and VRBO, but they also fully integrate with our personal website so we can now do direct bookings with host tools’ help on the backend. This not only simplifies guest management, but it gives us much more control while increasing our profits.
Host Tools is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone who owns or manages vacation rentals, especially if you want to increase your revenue while spending a lot less time on messages to guests, cleaners, etc. This platform is so affordable and has literally changed my life. I am so thankful that I found it 5+ years ago, and it truly just keeps getting better and better. The support is off the charts, and they even send out thoughtful tips all the time on “best practices” so we can learn how to up our game as hosts. Host Tools is a game changer. I like it helps to automate messages to guest and I can attach pictures in the automated check in message to guest. But sometimes the app does not work when I send messages to guests, i keep getting network error. Hope this can be fixed. Thanks
