Clean quiet and comfortable
I traveled to Cleveland for a quick weekend work trip, I work 12 hour (nightshift) , so I only needed the day to sleep. I was going to sleep in my vehicle. It ended up being below 0° temps, so I decided to check out early check ins and I found these Hotel by day offers. Perfect! From the minute I walked in I felt a sense of comfort, nice breakfast area too
I had a check-in scheduled at a hotel near the airport for 7 am and arrived at 6:30. The front desk staff mentioned they would notify me once housekeeping confirmed my room was ready. However, when I checked back at 7:15 am, the staff member was leaving for a shift change without updating me. This was quite frustrating, especially since I was already very tired. Additionally, the bathroom sink was not functioning properly—overall, it felt like a basic hotel experience, which was a bit disappointing for this brand.
