Excellent customer service in terms of order placement, confirmation and follow up.DHL however sent a series of conflicting messages regarding delivery. The main item was delivered 20mins after a phone call with no written correspondence. The second item (stand for tile cutter) arrived with appropriate messaging and information. A third correspondence then arrived informing of a further delivery, only to be the very first delivery that didn’t have any correspondence, so mildly confusing.
