Useless experiences. Don’t buy! Found my approx 9 months old HP Envy 7100 series printer, it suddenly stopped printing. Contacted HP support again and after a complete resetting set up the senior technician ending blaming it on my wi fi despite all my other Apple devices etc all working fine as usual. Having got help and advice from experts, they said this is typical of HP and said they were talking rubbish. Talked to my network manager provider they had experienced the same scenario! Under full warranty, refund or see HP in court if necessary- not a problem especially having been their faithful customer for years for home use. Beware!!
Great customer service! We had some difficulties to connect my printer to the internet. We received an effective and considerable support from the HP customer service team. They were patient, friendly, experienced and professional and resolved the issue promptly and effectively.
Bought a new HP 7740 A3 printer scanner. Not possible to scan and then print at the same size. Tried with both Windows 10 and Apple Mac, my local software support and PC repair shop were very helpful but also could not make it work. Manuals and robot assistant offer zero help. Numerous problems with a brand new printer. Took about half doz phone calls & 2wks to even get it working. "Virtual Asst" is a complete POS waste of time. Average wait time to talk to a person is about 1.5hrs - no joke! Tech support are outside the country sitting in crowded market places constantly losing service, then never returning your calls. They ARGUE with you about what you tell them the problem is! Rude, dont know what they're talking about as trouble-shooting never works even when tried repeatedly, they frequently have to ask others, supes & special consultants what to do. They cant help since they dont even know what kind of menu I;m looking at on the printer since they dont even have MANUALS for the model you are calling about! (Like the brand-new higher-end printer I have which also didnt include even a single piece of paper manual about the menu options!!). Since having this printer not even 2 mos, I've probably called another 1/2 doz times for various problems, each time waiting 45min+ on the phone & some days hanging up b/c I had other things to do. Have had to repeatedly download diff apps & drivers for my 3-in-1 printer, remove, reinstall, update, etc, & each time it screws something else up. Ex: if I want to scan & go through that hot mess, then it wont print from any devices anymore. Fix that & now it only works from 1 device. Copy something in the morning & by the afternoon it wont print from devices. Go to copy a single paper & wait 15-20mins while it does "printer maintenance" all of a sudden. Printer & app says "active, installed, on network, ready, available for printing, etc..." But try to print & the computer says its "offline." DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS CARP. Ive spent more time on the phone with people of low intelligence, rude-attitudes, no actual knowledge & almost no English (providing USA support) than I have actually USING the product!
There is no support at all from HP, you can not write or call hp for support.There is only some bad doing it yourself help, that does not work.This is my third HP printer with big problems.Two of them are brand new.Never never more HP.HP Deskjet 2632
