I will revise my review if my order comes today. I placed it on Black Friday and had to contact the support team for updates on shipping. My order was only dispatched on 12/16 from overseas. These are Christmas gifts! It's the eve now... hoping it arrives.
I purchased a sweatshirt for my nephew for Christmas on 12/6, and over two weeks later, I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Since the product is still in China, I’m certain it won’t make it by Christmas, which is really disappointing. I raised concerns about the lack of transparency, but the response I received was that it’s mentioned in the shipping policy. However, it’s not clearly visible, which feels misleading. I suggest looking for similar items elsewhere with shorter delivery times. I won’t be ordering from this seller again.
