The customer service is non existant. I need a proper receipt for my purchase, and after sending 3 emails with no answer i started calling. I am on the phone now (started at 9am.. I can promise you nthat when the telephone hours close at 11am no one will have picked up. No one answers the phone, even though their opening hours are only 2 hours, 2 days a week. Riddiculous.
I was prompted to return my product and submitted my request online. I received a case number but no information on where to send the return. When I tried to chat with the automated support for the return address, I was shocked to find out that I had to pay a fee to speak with a human representative for this information. I was redirected to a payment page to enter my credit card details! Unbelievable! I will never use this service again!

It's a scam! Don't fall for it. No information is provided on the delivery date, and you cannot change or exchange your purchase. They claim to be a marketplace, meaning you have to contact the seller directly after receiving the product. You're completely on your own! I feel foolish for falling for this.
I purchased an electric scooter, and on the first day, I reported an issue. The front was touching the brake and made extra noise. I was told to take it to a shop, where the shopkeeper said it wasn't safe to use. I contacted the service, and they just wasted my time. Eventually, I returned the scooter, but now they refuse to give me a full refund. I spent two months on this. I took the scooter to the shop multiple times, and now they claim the reported issue doesn't exist. I don't understand why they are being dishonest. I have videos showing the problem, yet they still refuse my full refund. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
I placed an order for four items and received a confirmation. A few days later, the order was canceled, all items claiming they were out of stock. I suspected a mistake, and they eventually admitted it. You would think they would offer compensation, but instead, they rudely asked me to place a new order at a higher price. Do they really think I will order from them again? Dream on.
