Jeanette and I were looking to get an additional advance on our current ER plan. I contacted HUB FS, who managed our original request for ER. I was then contacted by Steve Harris who is one of their Financial Advisors. Steve guided us through the process, ensuring that we understood everything as we went along. He then supplied various documentation and a recommendation, based on our first discussion. A second call was made to confirm that all the information was correct and whether we were happy with the recommendation, which we were. Steve's approach was extremely professional, without being overbearing. He has a "light and easy" touch, which helped in putting us at our ease.
