I received a broken bottle through the package originally, but after reaching out to customer support within 24 hours with no questions asked, they sent a new bottle. They are very professional and highly recommend.
Customer service doesn’t understand English and then stops responding when you try to clarify. Scripted answers only given when I specifically asked if I could exchange my product instead of getting a refund. Lots of back and forth with no answers, followed by dead air for 2 days… unprofessional.
This is my second or third order, and previously everything arrived as expected. However, on this occasion, one of the bottles was missing about 75% of the liquid, and I was disappointed with the mystery fragrance I purchased for $20. Fortunately, the support team assured me they would replace the order and send a new one. I truly appreciate the level of service provided. Thank you.
I ordered two fragrances, but only one arrived, although both were marked as received. I rated 5 stars because the customer service addressed my concern promptly and sent the missing item quickly. I was able to gift it on the intended day without any delays. The fragrance also smells wonderful. I will definitely order again after this positive experience.
I ordered a fragrance and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I received a completely different and incorrect fragrance that smelled like cheap body spray. The packaging was in disarray, and the bottle had leaked everywhere. Everything was permeated with the unpleasant scent and felt sticky. To make matters worse, the support team refused to issue a refund for their error and instead placed a new order for the correct fragrance without my approval. I cannot recommend ordering anything from them, as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.
