Huggg is very handy to be able to share rewards easily. We use it in customer success, but can be used for lots of different use cases. It's super easy to just share a link to claim a gift, and we don't need to worry about GDPR as people put their postage addresses directly into Huggg.
Such a unique product that is super simple to use and very effective.The ability to reward multiple people instantly with an amazing range of physical gifts as well as vouchers from some awesome suppliers is really great! The 'Gift of Choice' options and multi-choice vouchers give people much more autonomy to choose something that they value rather than dictating what gift/prize they get. The fact that those I reward update their own address details, gives them the flexibility to arrange a delivery that suits them and is a huge burden off my shoulders from a gift giver/admin point of view.Thanks Huggg, really great platform.
Having used this service for I while now I was happy with it. But last time I went to redeem vouchers I was flicking through different stores and the page cut out. When I went back in it told me the store I chose was Iceland, I have never shopped there, my freezer is full, and my son has food allergies/intolerance that make shopping difficult. Company said couldn't do anything once voucher is chosen. Nearest Iceland is miles away. I've never seen Iceland as a choice before almost as if trying to get people to shop there! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
Huggg is amazing! Easy to set up, very easy to use and with no up front cost when signing up, it suits our business for those little treats, rewards and tokens of appreciation just when we need them. All communications from the Huggg team are useful and informative - and there's no email overload either! They offer a fantastic service and I would definitely recommend them!
