It's also very easy to use for the person who makes the gift as well as for the person who receives it.
Every interaction that I've had has been excellent, both for general guidance and any support that I may have needed, as well as being friendly and patient. The site is very easy to use, very intuitive, and good for seeing whether the vouchers have been claimed or not, which has been really helpful. It's certainly the best I've seen/used for these types of transactions.

Quick process to load funds, buy codes and send to families via text or email (their choice which) or to print out for them in school.Any issues (usually user error!) have always been dealt with professionally, courteously and swiftly via online chat.Really can’t recommend Huggg enough!

An excellent and simple way to send voucher codes. I'd give more than 5* if that were possible. It's quick and easy to upload recipients' details and the codes are sent at the click of a mouse. Staff are helpful - not that you'll need much help as all is straight-forward and easy to use
