I’ve just started using Huggg to send out gifts to our staff and it’s honestly been a breath of fresh air. I was looking for something that would be quick and easy, and this was perfect. The best part for us is the flexibility. I love that our staff get to pick what they want rather than me having to guess.Their support team is excellent. I had a few questions at the start and they were incredibly responsive and helpful, which feels rare these days! Definitely recommend if you want to take the hassle out of company gifting.
Huggg is a really nice idea - it makes employee recognition and gifting easy and modern, especially for distributed teams. The platform is intuitive and offers a good variety of options, which makes the experience feel personal rather than transactional.
I redeemed a gift via Huggg which never arrived. The courier marked it as delivered and then later declared it lost. I was not informed of any of this by the courier, the supplier, or Huggg.After getting no response from the courier or fulfilment partner, I contacted Huggg directly. I was told the issue would be followed up and that I would receive updates. Instead, the support ticket was closed a few days later with no resolution and no explanation.The process felt fragmented, with no clear ownership of the problem and no communication unless I initiated it.I will be sharing this experience with our contract team, as I expect they would want to be aware of how situations like this are handled.
Great platform, very easy to use and the service from Lewis and the customer support rep was great. Having used a few similar platforms in the past, Huggg is really frictionless and doesn't get in the way. The product catalogue growing as well which is great
Apppalling customer service. I received a christmas gift from a comany we have a contract with. Ordered this gift via Huggg. This order was subsequently despatched (by a third party on Huggg's behalf) however the courier company lied about delvery then subsequently decalred the parcel lost. I recieved no communication about this from the courier, the third party or Huggg. Tried contacting both courier and third party (no response) so contacted Huggg. Had a response from Huggg (Jasmine) to let me know that they would chase and keep me informed. 5 days later i get an email from Huggs support saying all wrapped up, effectively closing the ticket. So much for the chasing this and keeping me informed hey? Thanks JasmineMy take away... Huggg are not really poeple who are bothered about the recipients of the gift...I shall be letting our contract colleagues know as I am sure they will be sad to see their customers being let down.
