Review Time
Unfulfilled promises and being ignored for half a year. I invested $2k for a quotation that came with a guarantee of a refund if they couldn't provide better prices. The quotation failed, as all the suppliers they found were nearly double the cost. I requested a refund but received no responses via Slack or email for months. Eventually, I reached out to a representative directly. I received a reply, but he mentioned it cost them money to source the suppliers, so a refund wasn’t possible. I attempted to work out a solution, but I have been ignored again since August. This is quite disrespectful. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but I'm hoping this will draw their attention again.
