Great / easy to use website to spec the gates.Gates were made by Jamie and are great quality and well finished. Barry and Gary delivered them, on the first day back in January, arriving with friendly smiles and good humour 😊 they were both really helpful, unloading them with care. Thank you all.
The website was well designed and made it easy to choose the gate and all associated furniture. Even had instructions for measuring!Good communication about the delivery and Barry and Jordan were early, which suited me perfectly. We received a call from Barry/Gary the delivery guys when they were 30 mins away. They turned up on time, and asked where I would like the items placed, I said place them on the ground they said that the items would be better standing up as laying down would damage the paintwork, I agreed. Both Barry and Gary know there job well and clearly didn’t want to damage the items, they were quick careful and very efficient.Peter & Jacqueline
The website was easy to navigate, giving excellent advice on measuring and fitting."Extras" such as posts, hinges, hardware etc, were easily available too through the website.There is a huge range of gates for all situations and locations, with bifold and trifold options available too in hardwood or softwood, with oil or colour treatments and personalisation too at an additional price.We were kept informed when the gate was completed and again when it was ready for delivery. We were informed of the delivery day and on the delivery day.When the gate arrived, it is as beautiful as it looked online, Thank you Gareth.Delivery was undertaken by Gary and Simon, who were careful and respectful of our property.We were also delighted by the small Christmas gift too!Can't wait to install it!
