I have been a loyal customer since 2019. The luxury products are of high quality, ethically sourced, and fairly priced. These items remind me of those my mother bought in the UK, handcrafted with care. I use their products daily, from cashmere socks to a soft sheepskin pillow and my cowhide rug. While many cowhide pillows exist, none match the quality and craftsmanship of these. A satisfied customer from Texas.
I've previously purchased from this seller and now have six single sheepskin rugs, all of which are of fantastic quality. The customer service team is exceptional, and they quickly arranged to change my order when I selected the wrong color. Delivery was fast and efficient. I will definitely order again.
If good customer service is important to you, this may not be the right seller. After spending nearly a thousand dollars, I've received the wrong color items twice and never got the correct ones. I waited almost a month for my last order, and despite my willingness to pay for faster shipping, I was told there was no option. They promised delivery by a certain date, but mine arrived late. The lack of response to my inquiries was frustrating. I wanted to know about a product's filling but received no answer. It's disheartening to feel ignored, and while the products are nice, the experience was not worth it.
I would reconsider ordering from this seller. I was excited to receive an Icelandic sheepskin rug, but it arrived in a very cream color, despite being advertised as white. The quality doesn't match another rug I purchased elsewhere, which was cheaper and felt more substantial. Customer service was lacking, not meeting the expectations set by their upscale branding. I may have to pay a lot to return it, despite it not matching the website description.
