They charged $20 from my PayPal without authorization. I never signed up with them. I reported it as fraud, but they keep avoiding refunding my $20. They only replied to my numerous emails twice, despite providing all requested information. Now, they haven’t responded for over 4 days. Very disappointing.
The support was fantastic—kind, helpful, and quick. The representative was warm and genuinely supportive. It's wonderful to connect with real musicians at the service who are dedicated to helping independent artists advance in the best way!
The representative was very helpful in discovering why I was still being charged after canceling my account. They investigated and promptly informed me that I had another account under a different email that remained active. They honestly and helpfully issued a refund for the extra charges, which they technically did not have to do. Excellent customer service. I left the service only because I no longer needed their ad promotion services due to financial reasons. The service is excellent, and I would recommend it to indie musicians everywhere.
I watched the Spotify Growth Switch and thought it was great. John put all the pieces together into an easy to understand format explaining all the components. I tried watching a lot of you tube videos on meta ads and promotion but it was like trying to solve a rubik's cube.
