Very good service

Very good service. Was able to recover almost 100% on the broken hard drive and provide it on a new small hard drive.It is pricey. 9k Sek for me, but worth the price to recover data which was nowhere else.

We had a very good experience with Ibas Ontrack and were surprised how quick they were with response and good service. I called them to times and they had a soft clear polite voice that i really liked. The product i got back is 100 % quality. I can not say anything negative about this company.

We had physical failure on HDD

We had physical failure on HDD, but Ibas was able to restore over 99% of data. We are very happy on the service.

Don't become a hostage of Ibas

They attract customers by free evaluation and don't give any price range, once they get the disk customers become hostages. I delivered the disk to Ibas Copenhagen location, a week later they called and asked for 7000 DKK to recover 250 GB of data from the SSD. Later they reduced the price by 50%. I told them I want the disk back, at which point I was told I need to pay 300 DKK to get the disk back, this is called free evaluation. My advice, stay away from Ibas, there are many alternatives.
