Clearly these lot are GARBAGE..still letting Ladbrokes (Lad-Scam) rob people blind without a care. 5 years plowing £1000s into their site to never win a penny. Yet they can obtain multiple licences for multiple sister sites raking in 100s of millions while fobbing their customers off with pathetic pre determined rigged slots. Believe me my account is now INDEFINITELY closed with those crooks and I employ every other sorry customer of theirs do the same..and suffocate these diseases. Pure profiteering greed..goes for these frauds and our own government using the gaming commission..all receive "back hands" to allow this. All scum.

How can it be independent when the bookies and casinos fund them?? absolutely rubbish firm and corrupt as anything, please don't waste your time using these because no one ever wins, totally unprofessional staff that disregard evidence you provide and don't listen to you, avoid at all costs because you are just wasting your time.
I spent 2 weeks trying to get compensation off Partypoker for a tournament that got cancelled after 3 hours of play, it was supposed to be settled within 72 hours and it took 2 weeks before I got IBAS involved and 2 days later I received my compensation. Gambling sites will come up with all sorts of excuses and as soon as you mention IBAS they panic.
Won cash playing slots on William Hill site and they put me on timeout for a year and kept my winnings. Made contact with IBAS and filled out my case. Straight away received an email to say they would be willing to look into my case for me. I truthfully didn't have much hope but less than 24hours later I received an email from William Hill to say they has transferred my funds to my PayPal.
