The process of establishing two-step authentication is very convoluted. I had credit cards associated with various stores, and now some of them are unexpectedly unlinked. I find the app to be cumbersome, confusing, and quite frustrating.
It would be beneficial to implement a filter that prevents items not available at a location from appearing in the selection until it recognizes proximity to another location. Additionally, a more effective rewards tracker is needed for unreceived rewards. As a long-time member, I frequently find myself submitting tickets for missing rewards, often two to three times a month. Lastly, simplifying the ticket support request process would enhance the experience.
The platform has changed significantly since I started. I used to earn bonuses frequently because of good items, but now the selections are poor and the payouts are so low that I wouldn’t buy them. Better items are needed to increase the cashback.
I didn't actually get cash back. Although I was notified I did, the amount was zero because the offer had 'expired'. This has occurred 4 out of the last 5 times I made a purchase with this retailer, which is unfortunate since it's where I shop the most.
I regularly face problems and have to make multiple requests to receive money owed for my purchases or bonuses. This purchase, along with eight others submitted before the cutoff, should have qualified me for a $5 bonus, but instead, it was included in the next period, so I missed out. It's frustrating that these issues keep occurring with the app.
