They actually give me deals that I buy and use… I have one teeny tiny complaint , why so many of the same item/brand offers? Like there’s 6 of the same depends but only 1 for the cereal we actually use hahaha , just wondered why lol
I received an email that I earned $4.75 cash back at Meijer shopping on 11/21/25. This was the first of two trips to Meijer that day. The app said this receipt was unreadable. However, it (sort of) processed it even though I never completed the submission. The email does indicate the correct products and the correct total. The problem comes in because my account was never actually credited with these earnings. Don't say I earned something without actually giving it to me and don't say a receipt is unreadable when it is actually being read!!!
I love getting cash back for online purchases. There are a few areas on the site I have issues with. I think the directions need to be clearer as to the exact steps to take for a smooth transaction. I entered my “something extra” card number also my “Safeway for U” card number when I joined Ibotta. I’m just confused about the sequence & when to load coupons. I find it takes forever to load the offers & when you check the coupon box it dose t always load or go to an add. Maybe that’s normal? I’m not sure but I find it a lengthly process that make me not want to continue loading. Perhaps I am doing something incorrectly or in the wrong sequence? I’ve read all the information on Ibotta site yet I must be doing something wrong otherwise the process would be much smoother & less aggravating . That’s my input. Thank you. Kimberley DiGrande
I bought 5 RYL Teas at Kroger and I even scanned them in manually on my receipt. After all that, IBotta went in and removed all of them :( so no credit and now I put in a ticket and I still have credited ZERO teas even though they claim to have gave me credited 2. There were less than 10 items on my receipt and they still get it wrong - exasperating!! Exhausting. Annoying!
Horrible company and I wish Walmart would find a new partner. Pathetic customer service. Either they are lazy and/or unable to problem solve. Is Ibotta keeping Walmart Cash for themselves. Totally inappropriate responses without truly looking at an issue.
